AAAs deliver home and community-based services to older adults and people with disabilities of any age and their caregivers. AAA’s staff will help you plan how best to meet your long-term services and support needs, whether that be through your own resources or those of your family, through community resources and/or through other sources of subsidy for which you may qualify.
