The Gibson County CAPE has a food pantry available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm. Also assist qualified households with payment of electric, gas and bulk fuel costs. Winter heating program assistance normally runs from October through March. Summer cooling program may be available for those requiring assistance due to medical reasons during times of extreme heat.
