I practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, elder law issues, administration of estates and trusts, and business succession planning. I prepare Wills, Trusts, Durable General Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, and other personal planning documents. I advise clients concerning elder law issues such as planning for long-term care and management of the expense of long-term care, including Medicaid eligibility and applications, and issues confronting families engaged in caring for elderly family members, including family members with diminished capacity. I am certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.
