ECHO Community Health Care, Incorporated, is a proud collaborator with Deaconess Health System, St. Mary’s Medical Center, United Way of Southwestern Indiana and the Welborn Baptist Foundation. In late 2011, these organizations joined forces to facilitate a community wide ‘needs assessment’. The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) was conducted as a requirement of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for some organizations. Additionally, it serves as an evaluation tool regarding the overall health of our community.
