Many times continued rehabilitation is necessary following discharge from the acute care setting. Our outpatient department allows the patient to continue their rehabilitation with familiar therapists with whom they have developed a trusting relationship.
Neurological Rehabilitation: A combination of procedures are used to improve movement and coordination after a stroke, head or spinal cord injury, birth defects or the onset of a neurological disorder.
Improved Range of Motion: Joint and soft tissue mobilization or stretching exercises to restore more useful, full movement after injuries, illness or surgery.
Increased Strength: Exercise and electrical stimulation to improve strength after injuries, illness or surgery.
Burn, Wound and Decubitus Ulcer Care: Cleaning, soaking and removing damaged tissue, followed by mobilization and exercises to help prevent abnormal scarring and soft tissue scarring.
