Riverwalk Communities is a premiere facility for both assisted living and adult day services. Our mission is to provide all the necessities for you or your loved ones with compassion and financial sensitivity. Riverwalk Communities will make access available to all. Our facility does not up charge, meaning there are no additional charges no matter how much help you need. Care is available on a charge-per-day basis. We work with most major insurance plans as well as Medicaid, Choice Money and VA benefits. We are proud to say we are the largest Medicaid Waiver provider in the state of Indiana.
